• You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction; OR
• You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, and you are providing express consent for such minor to utilize our services under your direct supervision and financial responsibility.

Green Light Academy LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any unauthorized use of its services by individuals under the age of 18. Any booking made in violation of this provision shall be considered voidable at the sole discretion of the company, and the person making the booking shall be liable for any costs or damages incurred as a result of such misrepresentation.

All lessons are booked in advance through our online system, and we offer a free consultation session before committing to paid lessons. We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper planning and availability for all students. Sessions canceled in under 12 hours before the session will be charged full price with no option for a refund.

Payment must be completed before the scheduled session begins. We accept all major online payment methods to make the process simple and convenient. Please note that missed sessions without prior notice will be charged in full with no option for a refund or credit.

We take student privacy seriously. All academic information, performance details, and tutoring materials remain strictly confidential. Green Light Academy does not share any personal information with third parties, and if sessions are recorded for quality purposes, it is done only with parental consent.

Our tutors are expected to remain professional, respectful, and supportive during every session. At the same time, we expect students to be punctual, prepared, and respectful throughout their lessons. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of services and Green Light Academy reserves the right to refuse services without disclosure of reasoning.

Refunds are available in cases of cancellations made within the proper notice period. Completed sessions are non-refundable. In special circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Quality of Service Guarantee. Green Light Academy is committed to providing high-quality, professional tutoring services tailored to each student’s unique needs. We guarantee that our tutors meet established professional standards and will provide the agreed-upon instructional time and materials.

No Guarantee of Outcomes. While we strive for student improvement, Green Light Academy makes no guarantees or promises, express or implied, regarding specific academic results. This includes, but is not limited to, improvements in letter grades, GPA, standardized test scores, or admission to specific educational institutions.

Student Responsibility. Academic success is a collaborative effort. You acknowledge that a student’s performance depends on numerous external factors beyond our control, including their individual effort, motivation, attendance, completion of school assignments, and baseline aptitude.

“As Is” Service. All tutoring services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Light Academy disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular educational purpose.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Green Light Academy be held liable for any student’s failure to achieve a desired grade or academic standing. Use of our services is at your own risk.
